You can't..... There is no way to grant Home brew arm 9 access on 11.6, all the exploits were patched. Nothing you can do.

There is no kernel exploit for 11.6. Just get an NTRBoot cart and install a CFW. There are no k9+k11 sploits publicly available at the moment.

It won't run on 11.6 just like that. Get a cheap NTRBoot-compatible flashcart and install Boot9Strap. There are no publicly available kexploits for 11.6 as far as I'm aware (well, apart from SigHax).

I'd say that instead of saying what he can't do and just that, it may be more useful to say what he CAN do.
You're right of course, though people do have a tendency to chastise others for suggestions they never asked for lol.
You need elevated permissions to install game cias, which a cfw provides. FBI is one of many cia installers that really don't do anything special, the cfw does most of the work (besides the whole installing thing). Right now I am sick on the toilet which is a whale of a time, and I really don't feel like doing much research on, but I believe all cfw reuaires now to install is any dsiware game last time I checked. I would go to 3ds.guide and give it a look.
