No idea what's up with GitHub Actions 404'ing random people...

In case there's someone that's upgrading from the old builds:
Can you provide me with a save made from the old builds (pre-july update)? They should work because of a recent update anyways, and I want to look myself if it's working properly.

As for reVC, it should be ready tomorrow if there's no urgent issues.

I finally figured it out myself yesterday evening... You need to have an account to be able to download artifacts. Just created one and tested it.

While i can't provide you with a pre-july save file, I was able to load the old save and beat the mission where re3 was crashing for me :-)

Only thing I mentioned were slightly more hiccups while driving, but that might be due to peds and cars density running near max.

Hey @Graber , just wanted to let you know I tried upgrading to your latest release. I believe I followed the instructions properly but things aren't quite looking right! I have attached some screenshots so you can see what I am seeing now. I loaded up my old save file which seemed to load fine but everything looks wonky. I started a new game as well but that looked weird too. You didn't specify exactly in the updated instructions in the OP that we are supposed to overwrite the files in the switch/re3 directory with the ones from your download but I assumed we were since you said it was important to move the OG game files into the directory first. Any idea what's going on here?? Also curious if theres any updates on Vice City <3 Take care bro! Thanks for your work :-)

Tried a clean install and I'm getting save unsuccessful when I try to save.

Never mind I forgot to make the userfiles directory.

Hello there!

As spotted by some already on the replies, the pull request I explained a while ago which integrates the Switch support into the main re3 project was merged a few weeks ago. This means that now Switch will be getting all improvements that are done over time by the main project, and nightly builds ("nightly" in this case being every time a change is submitted) are now a thing, so now all bugfixes and improvements that are made will be immediately available on the Switch version, starting from any that were made between the latest "update" and today's release. Huge thanks to the re3 project for helping me out and supporting the port as well!

If you spot any bugs, please check out if they happen on the PC version as well. If they do happen there as well, feel free to forward that bug over to the main project. Otherwise, if it only happens on Switch, please comment on this thread so I can keep track of it and fix it later down the line.

Is the nightly zip corrupt for anyone else?
The nightlies work fine, but it's not unusual that the builder can have a brainfart sometimes. Happens with RetroArch buildbot every so often.
Just check the Switch artifacts on the commit prior to the latest, and so on until you find the package that works.
