So I'm trying to get the r4i3d 2012 working with the retro game fan kernel, does anyone have information or a post that could give me information on that?

useful information:

- It's probaby based on dsTTi

- Uses a hacked wood version

-folder structure seems to looks similar to a mix of others
-seemingly important Folder and files are as such:
-/
--_DS_MENU.dat

--/__rpg
---------/icons
---------/language
---------/ui
---------/cheats
---------/fonts
---------backlight.ini
---------globalsettings.ini
---------lastsave.ini
---------mixinfo.dat
---------r4_sd.dldi
---------savesize.bin
---------sqpth.bin
---------TTMENU.sys

I've been told that this version works multiple times with one of retro game fan's updates after some adjustments but just can't find how (the topic is 147 pages big)

Some of the older hacked Wood kernels like this (1.25 and around 1.40 I think) used the extinfo.dat and infolib.dat files to improve game compatibility but this kernel uses "mixinfo.dat" and will not read extinfo.dat and infolib.dat if you put them on there. RGF never put out is own version of mixinfo.dat so you ate out of luck in that regard unless you can get another kernel booting or dual boot into YSMenu.

Its fun, I like it, even tho I'm not a big harry potter fan. Like a wizard rpg. Flying around on a broomstick is cool.

Nuh just takes a min to get used to. I think you can upgrade or buy new broomstick also that are better.
