Hacking R4i Gold Update Problem

So I decided to update my R4i Gold card to the v2.2.0-4 Patch so it will work on the 3DS v3.0.0-5E firmware.
I copied the 3DS22Patch_R4iGold3DS_NDSL.nds file onto my microSD, started my DSlite and opened the NDS file on my R4i Gold. I pressed A and it said: 'Card check: OK'. But then nothing happened. I waited for a minute or two but nothing happened, so I turned my DSlite off and on again to try again but when the R4i Gold is in slot 1, my DSlite freezes.

I've had this problem before and then someone told me how to fix it, but I can't remember how. Can anyone help me?

Please be more specific. What is www site on the sticker? There are soooo many type'o r4i golds shit cards.
You need another flascard to run upgrade program and swap card to bricked r4i.
