I have issues with my R4i Gold 3DS RTS Plus.
Sometimes Roms do not load or Games freeze.
Used to work without issue.

Is it not making contact? Is there a way to fix this?

Should i upgrade to a better flashcart?

Thanks for any help in advance!

You could do the funny paper trick, take the cart apart, cut some paper, place cut paper behind the contacts, put it back together.

Usually solves most contact issues.

As well as the usual blow into the slot and see if it helps.

Tried it and seems promising!
Needs more testing, but for now i have had no issues.

Thank you for replying! ^_^

i used to go out to the recycling center every couple weeks and look at the crts and other electronics people would drop off. Usually screens were broken or severely scratched from being tossed around. Did find a good one here and there, but never anything like a 1080i widescreen crt.

Is it piracy if it was released for free? Not in my opinion, but I also think it's not piracy if buying it isn't owning it, and it's not piracy if you can't buy it from the original creators anymore.

Free release can have loopholes where they still make money through ads
