hmm weird , I barely recall someone saying that the fpga was for multirom because the cart only detects roms burned to microsd and with the update it can read the microsd as normally and mount the roms

I was also under the impression that the FPGA. Dealt with reading the filesystem on the MicroSD. still eshop support should of been easy enough to implement I'm sure that would all just be dealt with on the 3ds side of things, but anyways assuming they stick to their schedule we will see soon enough

Yes , afaik the "sig check" thing was a simple change and that's why they included it in their firmware in only 1 day lel)

Then normatt, this means they have just copied the multirom or the entire loader but removing nand save games possibility right? Since I don't think copying the entire loader and not disabling anything would work xD

It's weird tho that one of the games in the menu is animal crossing , maybe they put it just to try and saw it doesn't work XD

Do you know if r4i deluxe v4.0b2 will support eshop games?

Most probably no since they haven't announced it. Should be easier to implement than nand save games so if they copy multirom I don't think they can't copy eshop games which supposedly were very easy to fix
