Hacking R4 Help

So, after a few years I've found my old DSi
And my R4 Kernels/Firmware are wrong (i guess) and it doesnt work as it used to
I've already entered the site on the card's sticker and tried a bunch of things, nothing worked.
I don't know how to upgrade it or set it right, can some of you guys help me?
I need help on finding the right Kernel/Firmware and on setting it up

Nothing happened - on my DSL it keeps loading forever and on my DSi it says that an error has ocurred
I just have to drag'n'drop the extracted files on my SD card's root right?

And if its the Kernel version thats incompatible with my R4, I must have to download and older version right?
Can you help me finding older versions?
