Gaming Putting CFW 5.00 on PSP

Ok I am going to be putting CFW onto my psp using the huge guide in one of the stickys on this fourm, however, it only shows how to put CFW 3.50 or something like that. I was just wondering how do you update to 5.00 from 3.50 is their like an auto update or do I manually change files. Thanks in advance.

You can just update after getting 3.50 M33 via the Network Update.

That only works with 3.80 M33 and up. If you install a lower CFW, you have to upgrade manually by downloading the CFW update and the Sony update from Dark Alex's site.
