PS5 digital edition - EDM-010 Motherboard - value of a specific capacitor

Hello gbatemp forum,
long time reader, first time writer here :-)
I was hoping this forum could help me with a big problem I have.
I have an EDM-010 board from a PS5 digital edition here which has a dead-short capacitor. Unfortunately, I do not have a donor board here from which I can harvest or measure the needed cap.
Does someone here maybe have a donor at hand and could measure the value of the cap that I marked in the attached picture?
Hopefully there is someone who can help me.

measured this cap working on 5v rail. So 6.3v range should be good

Did you measure the cap desoldered with 22uF or while in place? Just want to make sure i understand correctly

Caps always measured off circuit

Hi, I'm new. Have an issue with my ps5 - turns on briefly with blue light then off again. I'm not savvy with a multimeter. I'm in Oakville. Anyone help?

I have seen many cases like this but roughly 40% rate of success. FYI I'm in Toronto area.
