Gaming PS4 Minecraft World To PS3 Minecraft World

I a doing a gaming series for one of my friends on his channel, and I stumbled upon a way to get skins in a world using a 3rd party program. But, unbeknownst to me the modding program only accepted Xbox 360, PC, and PS3. I'm trying to find a 3rd party source that will work for this, however, if an official conversion is possible, I would prefer that one. Please make sure to leave a link in your answer.

I don't think so because PS4 worlds are way larger than the PS3 worlds.
