are there any patch blockers that work? i tried elite mossy's patch blocker but it kept signing me out of psn...

None that I know of. You're probably better off asking in COD related forums, especially regarding anything online and mods. They'll probably be a lot more up-to-date than anything here.
Why would you use a patch blocker? you could just use a 1.14 patch_mp.ff? It would be easier then trying to use a patch blocker and a patch plus you can only access the 1.11 servers anyway.
