I'm having problems with TitleDB. I wanted to check updates of the installed apps, and...

- FBI shows the following message when entering the TitleDB section:

Failed to populate TitleDB list
Result code: 0xD963F803
Level: permanent (27)
Summary: Internal (11)
Module: Application (254)
Desc: HTTP request returned error (3)

- Homebr3w shows the following error:

Error: [string "?"] :642:attempt to index a nil value (local 'timeToConvert')

Press A to restart
Press B to exit
Press Y to enable FTP server
______________

Is anyone else having such issues?
For a moment I was scared that my console could've been banned but I could go into the eShop normally.

Looks like the DB is empty.

So, there's a bit of a database locking/performance issue with the currently deployed production codebase. If you're experiencing delays of 15-30 seconds on requests at times, this is the cause of it. I'm working on converting to a more robust database, as sqlite3 just can't quite handle the task.
