Homebrew Problem with WiiFlow

I have an old Wii with WiiFlow (4.1.2-r438) and now when I start WiiFlow and start a game from HD the screen turns black and nothing happens, I think I just have to "install WiiFLow again to fix the problem.... but I havent done this for years, can you help me with the files and a guide...... maybe a newer ver of WiiFlow or is there something better now ?

Put the content of the folder apps in the folder apps from your SD (or whatever you use)
Put the folder wiiflow on the root of your SD (or whatever you use)

That did not work.... when I start a game the screen turns black and nothing happens like before ?
