Hacking Problem with Gateway

So Ive had my gateway for a while now, about a month. Anyway a new problem started to occur to me. But first, let me tell you everything "unnatural", "special in any way", "uncommon" that Ive done with Gateway.
1. My cat tore my 3ds charger, so I had to wait a week to had another one delivered to my house.
2. DURING THE SAME TIME WHEN MY CAT ATE MY CHARGER, I needed to use an sd card. I decided that I should use my 3ds sd card (where the launcher.dat is stored), because I didnt have any other sd card. SO I used it. Well I forgot to save all my files, DCIM and such. so they werent restored.
When I got my charger and when I placed launcher.dat and the "Nintendo" folder back to the sd card, I put in the sd card to 3ds. So now everything has worked fine, except for one problem!
When I enter gateway mode successfully, and then afterward, when I click on system settings (from gateway mode, not from sysnand), it just shows me the 3ds red vibrating thingy screen. You know, the loading screen. But its stuck there forever and it doesnt finish loading. halp. THIS SAME PROBLEM was discovered by me later when I tried to enter eSHOP or Mii Plaza. halp. It gets me stuck at the loading screen infinitely.

Dude do you even know what a brick is? Bricking your 3ds means its fried u wouldn't be bale to do anything with it so no ur 3ds isn't bricked you will just have to wait for gateway to come out with another update.

no, don't worry. you can still play games. just not go to settings and the eshop, etc
gateway have said they will, should, fix it
calm down, be optimistic, stop worrying

Last quick question.. it may sound stupid
I just got done finished extracting the omega 2.2 folder. Do I have to redo the entire copy pasta blue card and copy pasta launcher.dat thingy again?
