Homebrew Powerstone 1 or 2 or collection on 3ds?

I like the powerstone series and want to play it on my 3ds. I already know that psp and dreamcast emulation on 3ds are not really working. I was thinking though, because cspsp works and is playable (just look up cspsp 3ds (i cant upload links yet)), would someone be able to get powerstone on 3ds somehow either through an emulator or by making a port of the game specifically for 3ds?

You're better off hacking a Vita, in this case.

A switch can emulate those games a 3DS cannot.
