Howdy, gamers! I'm new here and learning my way around the website but I signed up because I need some help hacking my SSBU. Would anyone be able to refer me to the memory addresses for the "With Friends" and "For Glory 1v1" CSS values? It'd be a big help.

Thanks!

This was just what I needed to beat the "The FINAL Final Battle" Event match on Hard! :D

Quick question: might you have a code (also for the NTSC-U version of SSB for Wii U) that would set the number of Challenge-panel-smashing Hammers to 5? :) I need a refill on them… ^^;

Edit: or, failing that: a code that would make it so one (or more) of the five Challenges that give panel-smashing Hammers are un-done? (Thereby allowing me to complete it/them over and over to continually get hammers. :))

Hello all. I've been lurking these forums for the longest time, however coming across this particular thread inspired me to finally make an account of my own.

I believe me and gamergirl are inquiring about the same thing, however, I'd like to be a little more specific. I need the ram addresses for the With Friends and FG 1v1 CSS in order to test the possibility of functional Mii Fighters online. This could prove to be a huge step for a better online, and I am willing to give credit where due.

I need this to be for the NTSC version of Smash, however, as that's the version that I use.

Everything he just said is integral to the needs of my own hacking endeavors. Maybe there's another site we can access that would have the information??? I don't know, but I'm open to looking anywhere. I'm just too excited to get this to work!

Ummmm okay i haven't done anything in smash for a long time. These probably won't help you, i did limited testing on these. From what i remembered they had no function online but if you're curious enough you can at least look around the area in memory with jgecko from what i've found and see if you see any other interesting values.

R+B deactivates the code.
L makes you move faster
ZL makes you move slower
Left analog stick controls direction.
X raises you Up
B lowers you down

Editing the first Bolded value in the code changes the default speed that link moves at. You can make the default speed slower or faster. But since there are so many speed controls, i don't think you'll need to change it. Editing the 40800000 value in the 4th line of the code adjusts how much slower/faster the speed modifying buttons makes you go.

This NoClip now calculates the relative angle that the camera is facing in order to always make link move in the direction that the camera is facing while pressing forwards.
Along with this, you can finely adjust the speed based on how hard you press the analog stick. So if you only press it a little bit, you'll move slow and gradually faster the more you press on the analog stick.

if you ever find issues with this code randomly not working, quickly dump your game from 3F000000 - 49000000 and send me the bin file compressed in a .rar or .zip file. It'll potentially help me fix the issue.

Enjoy

Hi again, skoolzout1,

I'm trying your new version on PAL Wii U and it works fine, however it has a strange side-effect, the Moonjump code does not work anymore (the X key has no effect). Are you aware of this? I would like to use both codes together, but it seems not to be possible with NoClip v2.0 and I deleted your previous version of the NoClip code, so I can't use that one either (it worked together with the Moonjump code).

I was never aware of it but i know why it happens.
The NoClip 2.0 code sets link's gravity to 0 when active to help make flying a little bit smoother, and when it's deactivated in game it returns link's gravity to normal. But it's constantly setting link's gravity back to normal. And since the moon jump code works by changing link's gravity, it interferes with the code.
I could easily fix this. I'll probably do it after school today.

Is it easy to fix then? That would be great. Thank you!

Thank you. Your modified code does not interfere with Moonjump anymore, but now Link is in mid air unable to move in any direction, only up and down. Do you know why this happens?

I'm using the Gamepad.
There are two things that could be wrong with it, but they aren't things that ill be able to fix unless i get a full game Dump from 10000000 - 4C8A0000 while the code is broken.

Since that is sort of a random occurrence and has never happened to me, i can't correct it unless i get a dump to see which part went wrong.

So of course, i need the code to be broken while the dump is taken.

I have heard others say that this issue happens, but i havent been able to correct it yet.

Good news (I think):

The first time I used it, Link was in mid air unable to move in any direction, only up and down.

Later on, I used it again and it seemed to work correctly this time. Strange, isn't it?

So it might be a random issue.

I knew it would fix itself lol. But it will continue to randomly occur at the strangest times until i capture whats wrong when it breaks. But im glad it works.

R+X Activates the code

Enjoy
can you post your ASM source code for this since asmwiird usually doesn't give the cleanest format? im interested in seeing how this works

Sure, but keep in mind the first 14 lines are not assembly but are still part of the code. The first lines pretty much control the activation and deactivation of the code. I left it outside of the assembly code to make it easier to adjust certain things about the code.

Here's the ASM source. Feel free to ask questions if you wish.
