I don't understand why people are so insistant on running Linux on everything including their pinguin-shaped vibrators. The system has poor hardware, it won't run Linux terribly well and it'll only waste resources - why do that for the sake of Linux apps which will still have to be ported or adjusted anyways when you might as well make equivalent apps just for the 3DS? It will save you time porting, sure, but in the long run it only wastes precious resources.Very this.
How about OpenDingux?
You shush foxi. Linux is a rite of passage for every new homebrew scene.I don't understand why people are so insistant on running Linux on everything including their pinguin-shaped vibrators. Is there a programming language called GBA? o.0GBA interpreter, since the 3ds already has native support for gba games.
I'm more excited for a Homestar Browser.A Homebrew Browser equivalent.
Fair enough, I'm just saying it's going to be proof-of-concept at best. Your average smartphone has more firepower than the 3DS as far as everyday computing goes, so why bother? Hell, the average smartphone probably already runs Linux. The whole point of homebrew on the 3DS is the fact that it's a console, so we do console-oriented stuff on it.You shush foxi. He probably means AGB_FIRM.Is there a programming language called GBA? o.0
