Gaming Portrait of Ruin Help: Train at 13th Street

I cannot get passed the train at the beginning of 13th street. I have tried every type of double attack and i continued to get pushed out to the beginning. Do i need a particular double team attack? where can i find it?

How do i get passed the damn train! thanks... i got 785% of the map complete and loving every freaking minute of it.
