Gaming Port Chocobo Racing to 3DS ???

I tried to port Chocobo Racing on New 3DS and it completed. But it can't run on this device. Is there anyone sucessful and it can running on 3DS ?
I used Ultimate GEN-MD Forwarder Maker for 3DS 1.3 (file .bin -> .cia) install via FBI.

Thanks all. I done. I'm using PCSX on 3ds instead of port to cia (install via FBI) and played Chocobo Racing already.
