You need to go to the eshop, click Pokémon Yellow, scroll all the way down and then click repair download (even if it says everything is fine). That should fix it.

Hey guys, sorry to revive this thread. I have the same problem as the OP but can't repair the game since it does not show in the list of downloaded games.
Is there a fix for this? I'm on a N3DS running with Aureinand and AL9H (updated SysNAND).

you search for it on the eshop and you will find it with the repair button. if you cant though, you can probably find a patched one on that iso site

What if we get this when trying to run a game that's not within our region?

For example fire emblem fates on a EU emuNAND O3DS

the game shouldn't appear on the home screen unless you have ntr/freemultipatcher installed and running. If it is doing an endless loop, you probably have a bad CIA or an unsupported firmware (like ironfall on 9.2)

What if it's launched through Hans?

Update your emunand.
If you really want to do things the hard way, run ctr-httpwn then run the eshop shortcut in HBL.

Just download another version also why don't you have an updated emunand? If you choose to you can also install the ticket and then download it from the eshop

although I have huge doubts anyone would be able to make homebrew that would give support for the touch screen
