Lillie leads you right into a battle with Tapu Koko and you don't get a chance to save. Your last chance to save is right before the Elite 4 Champion... who by the way is a pain in the ass.

The form of lycanroc depends on time of day.
Set your 3ds clock to midnight and it will be day in moon meaning you can get lycanroc midday
