this is hands down the most confusing thread of 2021 lol. theres people who say it works fine in ryujinx and theres people who say the cheats arent intended for ryujinx at all. so i try it on yuzu instead and still get the same result of it not working. even though aparently there are some in here who do claim it to be working on yuzu. and then theres people who say to just uncap fps to make it work, while that fix doesnt even use the cheats xD maybe we can start catagorizing threads for their intended platform?

I'm having a slight issue with the darkrai event

When I go up to him and talk to him, it says "darkrai disappeared into the murky darkness", Then it seem like the battle is starting, but then it wakes me up back at the house

I've already got the national dex, did the editing for save file, and finished the Cresselia event as well. Even went back to an old save state before i edited the save and red did the Cresselia event + member card and still get the same issue

actually, the Cresselia event is even bugged for me now. when I talk to it and the cut scene starts, Cresselia disappears but the cut scene never ends after that. Character is still moving so its not frozen

This is simple, lets clarify:

All those codes here, without any exception is made to Console only.

Some of those codes can work with emulators, but not all and the only way to know which one works is testing.

Ryujinx apparently have more "compatibility" with cheats here, but, this doesnt mean all will work.

Yuzu has less compatibility but some codes works.

In both cases for yuzu/ryujinx you'll need to correctly install the cheats... this means put the file in the right structure, remove any ( ) from the name code [ ] etc.

The codes that need to have a button pressed, probably will not work if you are emulating a pro controller, only handheld. Some cases youll need to undock the emulator too.

If the codes need a parent code(like the encounter ones) youll need to setup then in correct order to emulator load it in that way to have a little chance to work.

Edit: except when im pointing to ryujinx, all of i said above its intended to Yuzu since I dont have ryujinx and dont want to use it.

You have to disable no encounter cheats or it will act like you flee before the battle starts. Same goes to Shaymin.

From what I know

HAIHUEVENT_ID_D18 = Shaymin
HAIHUEVENT_ID_D30 = Darkrai

I'm messing around in PKHeX with the values right now but setting them to 1 doesnt seem to do anything, tried also setting "SYS_WORK_HAIHU_EVENT01", 02 and 03 to 1 without effect even giving myself the Members Card for example. They were all at 0 by default

I assume Arceus doesn't work because Hall of Origin files weren't there if I'm not wrong

doe someone have the full run down on what flag triggers what event pokemon, in order from 1 to whatever. Someone said 1 is shaymin and 30 is darkrai. Would love to know em all haha

it does. i myself aware that this cheats thread was originally intended for switch which is why there's no mention of installation method for emulator in the first place. Through abit of searching myself that i find out how to install it on yuzu.

in any case. what spesific issues are you having? if it's about locking to 60fps. there's no need for cheat code for it.
in yuzu config>general tab>set your framerate cap to 2x and then when ingame press ctrl+u.

if it's about other cheats. it's abit hit and miss some cheat on the first page may or may not work due to 1.1.1 updates.
With Pkhex release,there's no need to use cheats anymore but here is the cheats that i still use that work's with yuzu as of 1.1.1 updates. NOTE the build id is D9E96FB92878E345

[100% Capture rate] - use pkhex to give all pokeball,then use any of them to catch pokemon

I don't see it on the text file. There is x999 item but sadly its not what the cheat do..

Flute is an item but we do not know it yet the id code

The flute was completely removed in 1.1.0
In 1.0.0 it was only the item sprite.

Now its not even in the game You can even load up PKhex they got all of the items from the game including ones that you shouldn't have and the flute still isnt there because we cant get it now..

It will likely be added back once legends arceus comes out

Can anyone tell me how to open the door to darkrai?

I've used pokehex to add the members card item to my inventory. However, the door to the house in canalave city still isn't opening for me.

I've already cleared the CRESSELIA event and caught it.

Change the value of the event flag "HAIHUEVENT_ID_D30" to 1 on PKHeX
