Misc Pokemon Black wiimmfi error code 23302?

Experiencing this error whenever I attempt to connect to the GTS in BW1, nothing on google aside from a single reddit post made this month with no replies. Code on wiimmfi.de implies a https error but not sure what I can do about that. Tried both WEP and WPA. Any help appreciated (Gen 4 works just fine, which is odd). Also trying to connect from a DSi, not sure if the WPA support for gen 5 could be interfering

EDIT: Had another WPA dns address set up, removing it and using only one fixed it.
