It's called PokéTransfer in the English version.
But since both of your games are on flashcarts, use PokéGen to extract the .pkm files from SoulSilver's save file, then use Kazo's PokéTransfer to "convert" them to a Gen V .pkm file.
Then use PokéGen to insert the .pkm files in your save file.

Don't worry, PokéGen automatically adds the Pokédex entries when you add a .pkm file into your save file.

okie! i'll try that and let you know how it works out! thanks!

wahhhh it still keeps telling me they can't participateeee!!! I don't understandddd... I didn't put any crazy ev's or hacked moves...

Ughhh I think the problem lies in my IV's or PID. Like it gives them away or something. I'm pretty sure the solution is somewhere among what you all told me, but I'm just too plain dumb when it comes to technology -.-"""

I guess I'll just stick to battle subway =/

In other news, I got my butt kicked today by my friend! I won 3 out of 5 times but his damn Snorlax... I'd probably just get beat just as bad on Wi-Fi so I guess it's okay I can't get on WFC *sniff*

edit: oops! forgot something important! thank you everyone for patiently helping me all this time~~

First of all. To go Wi-fi, the legality checker goes through this: Location, Move & IV.
Make sure you use PokeGen for all this
Make sure your Move is only learnable by that pokemon.
Location with pokemon that is pokeshifted MUST BE AT ALL TIMES PokeShift
The IV must be at all times from 1 to 31. No more or no less.
Here is my Azelf i took from my Platinum game and converted with the program:

Try to compare this to your other pokemons to see what is wrong.
Also try to go in with 1 pokemon at the time on wi-fi and check which one you can enter with and which one you cant enter with.
Once you found out which one you cant enter with, either post every info about them in the PokeGen here(location, origin, game, moves, IV,EV)
or send the .pkm files to me so i can fix them myself.

Also if I'm not mistaken, your pokemons can have only 1 type of item each, meaning that only 1 of your pokemons can hold Leftovers, the others can't(only applies if you go to random wi-fi).

  • Sicklyboy @ Sicklyboy:
Not recently but I think it's less a driver issue and more just Windows having a garbage Bluetooth stack
  • K3Nv2 @ K3Nv2:
Could be I was having issues when I first upgraded it and didn't realiser gigabyte has specific driver revisions which is stupid
