Putting it on a bred toaster for 3 hours

You're missing the point here, breeding movesets that became available in Gen V had no legal access to Gen IV move tutor moves.
This just legalized a whole bunch of stuff!

Scizor, for example. It could not learn the valuable move Bug Bite in Black/White, and it could only be bred to know Steel wing or Silver Wind in Gen V.
This means Scizor can know legally know both Bug Bite and Steel Wing in Black 2/White 2, as an example.

This only works on Original S and DSLite.

run the homebrew, switch to game card and press A wait for IP address to be on top screen, then enter the ip in address bar and it takes you to a page to download the file.
