Post = after
Post-game means the game continues on after beating the final boss. You can do additional quests or do treasure maps. There are bosses from the older games that can be challenged and "downloadable" quests.

The Observatory is gone. I'm not sure what you mean by Stella. The Realm of the Almighty can be accessed once you do Quest #39.

Quest #39 is easier than fighting Corvus. Just go to Port Llaffan and visit Jona to start it up, and it takes around 5-10 minutes to finish it in total, then you get Stella, the Starflight, and the Realm of the Almighty (and the Realm of the Mighty) back.
And no, there isn't a code for "all quests finished" that I know of.

S @ salazarcosplay:@Xdqwerty I like how the game had the middle ages 1000AD, the dark ages 600AD.It was great seeing the post robot apocalypse 2300 like Terminator and enter the matrix. some of mad max and fallout. 2300ad though it could had used more elements instead of just a generic ai uprising. It was a great idea for their judgement day to be 1999 Y2K.
