Using Nintendo's Online Services? No.

But you can use switch-lan-play: https://gbatemp.net/threads/official-switch-lan-play.520912/
and optionally ldn_mitm: https://gbatemp.net/threads/ldn_mitm-play-local-wireless-supported-games-online.525512/

This will only allow you to play games that support LAN play or local wireless online.
