i can do it as german like masuda method works with any pokemon that dont come form your Region dont Need ti be Japan. but if you still want it aas Japan I'll do it for ya alreagdy done ive a full ditto breedn colletion

This reminds me of a Time I somehow got a Wigglytuff with ROAR OF TIME and Explosion into Pokemon Battle Revolution, that Wigglytuff was somehow able to get passed the hack safety check and into the game.
Anyone gotten something similar to this before?
