I'm just looking to complete my Vivillon collection, so if you could help that would be greatly appreciated!!

I tried to make these seem like randomly hatched Pokemon, hence the low level, no EVs, and bizarre IV spreads. If your genning program has a "randomize IVs" button, you can use that instead if it makes your job easier.
