Hardware PictoChat on 3DS

Does anyone have a application of PictoChat that can be placed on the home menu? If you do, is there a link to it?

Wrong forum, it's available on the iso site.
It can't be placed on the home menu though because it's marked as a system title, and the 3DS ignores DSi system titles.
