Better than Amtech? Amtech is a bit expensive on amazon...I use kimbo RMA 218
All GND on the device are grounded together, if you really just bridged two GNDs, they're already connected. Always verify with a multimeter.Hi.
Quick question. I accidentaly made a bridge on the capacitor for the GND point on a V1 Erista Patched that I can't easily fix. Next to that capacitor for the GND point are 2 more capacitors. Are all connected to GND and the bridge doesn't matter?
I uploaded the image of the board and to the right, I made 3 arrows where the 3 capacitors are.
Thanks!!
Yes, I know all GND on the device is connected. What I'm saying is that I bridged that capacitor for the GND point to the one that is on its right. There are 3 of these capacitors together. I was just saying if all 3 are connected together and my accidental bridge doesn't matter. All GND on the device are grounded together, if you really just bridged two GNDs, they're already connected. i saw modi post pic of alternatives solder pads for cmd.Accidently burned off both copper pads on the CMD point for my Switch Lite. Any alternate points I can solder to?
I used some from Stannol and it's ok, then MG Chemicals 8341 and it's quite good but a couple of weeks ago i got my hands on some Amtech and bro, I can tell you that its very very good. A bit tricky to clean if you let it cool on the board but otherwise it's really amazing. The price on the other hand is ridiculous, 30€ for 10mlBetter than Amtech? Sure there are but u will have to restore those pads anyways otherwise ur switch will not boot , since they are connection one via to another.Accidently burned off both copper pads on the CMD point for my Switch Lite. Any alternate points I can solder to?
