no, i want to use the chip hwfly with mosfet
It's possible.
This is the pinout of the flex (see picture).
Now based on this information you need to measure the contact points on the hwfly chip flex connector and see where those pins lead to (which trace).
(Or you could solder directly to the connector but that might be difficult)
Then you mark each trace with D, S or G and once you have soldered the 2 mosfets to apu, you solder the wires to hwfly.
Solder the S point to shield as well as hwfly chip (thats how it is done with flex cable but maybe it does not matter).
You also need to solder a 3k resistor from G to S in mosfet.
To be honest, I think that it's not worth the trouble considering the price of the flex cable unless you are doing this just for the fun of it :)

I got a weird issued,

1 nintendo switch v2 mariko with 1 mosfet installed after use it for 1 night, next day when it boot it says failed to init micro sd, check 3v3 rail and found a short ic at enxx ic.

Next is nintendo switch lite with 1 mosfet
When I first boot it says failed to init microsd
Same as mariko one. And I found short at enxx ic too.

Another one is
Mario with v2 flex cable everything work fine for 3 days after that it hang and when i restart
It has a boot loop at nintendo switch logo,
Found a problem is when right joy con is attach.
Can’t find any short on the board or I don’t know where but the joy con handshake is not shorted.

Oh the last one patched erista
After sleep and charged for hour after that turn it off and it cannot boot.

The led show purple then try to move wire a little bit and It can boot again. But a problem will come back.

Can anyone help or give any suggestion.

Thanks.

Edit1 : all of them use rp2040 with firmware 2.67

Soldered 3 switches.
The last one shows "failed to init micro sd" every time with a 1tb card. And sometimes with a 512GB Card. I don't know why. Where exactly did you find the short?

I found shorted at MAX77620H

I don’t know if firmware 2.67 did this or not.
But before this I use 2.55 and no device give me any problem.

Has anyone noticed that the chips are missing from the official hwfly store
will it end hwfly?
Yes we know. Not sure why, perhaps they had an issue with the chips

Hello guys. Any progress on the innovative idea of fixing Picofly in place of the game cartridge? Very neat idea.
No forbidden trinkets XD

No idea tbh. Wires might be too long at that point

Hello. I'm in the process of perfecting my Picofy installation craft. One thing I want to master and find very challenging is fixing the purple screen and replacing the point A 0102 resistor. Removing it with an iron is easy enough, resoldering it is where I'm having issues.

I'd solder one pad, but when I do the other it flies away. I've seen people on YT use the two iron methods, but I don't like it.

What are your recommendations, fine people? I tried my heat gun but it blows components away.

Yes i know it, i wrote with them
"ok, I make special link for you, we have to hide any links this days because N"

Its still possible to order chips, you have to contact them and they make a Link to buy & pay.

You can invest in some tweezers or you can get creative with DIY :)

i used to go out to the recycling center every couple weeks and look at the crts and other electronics people would drop off. Usually screens were broken or severely scratched from being tossed around. Did find a good one here and there, but never anything like a 1080i widescreen crt.
