ive been playing it in my jailbroken vita. i already confirmed save importing works for psp2i (see the FAQ on the main post), and ill definitely be playing it on my vita when theyre done. ill even see if i can get in on the testing.

VItas still go for like $100 bucks on amazon so pick one up while you can, theyre not making any more.

I wonder... do the savedata modifier tool affect anything? maybe it can help you search for certain bugs? it basically lets u choose your level, name, emilia's affection points and if the chapters are or not completed, or if u have done the "infinity thing" where u go back to lvl 1, but with extra stats, also lets u use any hability, etc just asking to see if it can help you in your quest searching for bugs // edit: the infinity thing I meant is the rebirth... Im tired and didnt remember the name XD

its just a regular save editor like exists for many games. it lets you manually change your level, stats, and equipment. its not part of this project, they were just suggesting it might help test things.

Hey just popping in I normally don't comment anywhere but the 3ds and switch boards. Just wanted to say good job I was following this a year or two after this thread was made but didn't comment until now. Can't wait I already beat the game using doc translation but was hopping to run through the entire game from the start using a patch instead of just the 2nd half.

they are in the process of testing with a group of people they selected at the end of April. They were projecting the end of the summer putting the patch out

but I couldn't edit find fonts and text files but recently, I could find find fonts but still can't edit text things
can you advice to how did u edit text?

I began playing PSP2 USA version on PPSSPP emulator with intent that once the english patch of infinity is done, I will just port my game into that by using a PSP2 Infinity Rom with the English patch installed on my PC. Is there any reason this wouldn't work when the patch is done? Also is there any other place to hear more info about this patch? I am desperately waiting for it.

Also I have no problem donating and paying full price for this english patch as long as it will work on a the PPSSPP Rom of the game

Our hacker JamRules made his own tools to extract and insert text, but it's closed source right now for various reasons.

If you're using Adrenaline it should have a similar folder structure as your PPSSPP savedata, and you can just copy and paste it to the same location on your Vita.

US save transfer to Infinity should be possible and there is a guide linked in the FAQ in the first post.
This is the only place for news on the patch right now.

You don't have to pay for it as it's a completely free fan project. You could support the creators of the game by importing a copy of the game though.

on page 97 Anubis points out how to do it using PPSSPP. It's pretty easy and simple to do and i've already done it.

AFAIK Infinity is PSP2+ in every regard, definitely check it out later. You can pretty much port you save between then, so there's little to lose.
