Persona 3 psp modding on Android help need

Hello so I'm trying to mod my persona 3 psp iso with hd audio fix from gamebanana I only have an Android no PC, and from my research this mod need to use aemulus to repack the iso itself or something along the linesof that, could anyone help me manually do that if it's possible I'd ask for a pre modeed iso but don't want to get anyone in trouble Thank you all for any advice
