ROM Hack Patched WBFS/ISO with Delta, not working on Wii.

So, I downloaded this patch (which seemed to work with other people) of Inazuma Eleven Go Strikers 2013, which is normally a japanese game. I followed all the instructions, and Delta Patcher says that the patching was successful. So, I go into Wii Backup Manager, but it does not let me import the game in my USB. It just says the game name in red near to the transfer progress bar. Any help is appreciated.
