Old 3ds xl microphone not working

After changing the top screen of the 3ds xl the microphone no longer works, I have already opened and cleaned the ribbon cable contacts, but the microphone still does not work

I just saw that the outer camera is not working either.

Hi I had to change my microphone, in addition to pressing down a little on the contacts where the microphone fits
