ROM Hack Ok so I didn't follow the 3DS Scene for ~2 month, what should I know?

I finally got my new PC so I can continue to follow the 3DS scene.
Before my PC got broke, I had my New 3DS XL EUR on A9LH 11.4.

What's new? What's B9S? The ultimate hack for the 3DS?
How to install it (actually update my a9lh, so).
What should I also now about hacks, updates, etc...

For example, 3ds cia converter already makes uses of it. If boot9.bin is present (dumpable via Godmode9, Decrypt9WIP is deprecated) it converts the .3ds to .cia withouth having to dump xorpads or pre-decrypt the .3ds file!

Ah yeah, you can now run roms on nds via download play, theres something like twloader for dsi, and we can now run custom code on the 3ds using nds flashcart and a magnet, all that on an unmodded console. Aka magnet hax

I have a R4I SDHC RTS 3DS that does a very good job, so I don't care
But still good to know!
