Hacking O3DS with Firmware 1.1.0-0U

Hi,
I've got O3DS with firmware 1.1.0-0U I have few questions
1) Can I dump OTP.Bin without hard mod?
2) which is best firmware to upgrade with gamecard, friend of mine have 2 game cards 1: Michael Jackson 3D experience(9.7.0) 2: SPY Hunter(4.1)
3) even I see 0U means no browser I have a browser.

You don't need the otp anymore because we have boot9strap. Bootrom Exploit, better than arm9loaderhax. Update to 4.1, use a ds Flashcard to get mset and install boot9strap through mset. Explanation at http://3ds.guide
