HomebrewWIPnxmtp: access your SD Card over USB without rebooting
Are there instructions on how to run it? I plugged cable to my windows 10, went to sxos homebrew, ran nxmtp and nothing happened. Did I miss a step or its just not working?
Spotted a problem. Was trying to delete my old Retroarch folder (just shy of 1Gb) and kept getting connection issues. I'm assuming it's to do with the folder size

Check in Activity Monitor, see if something called PTPCamera starts when you connect nxmtp. It was for me, and that was blocking mtp clients from detecting the Switch. You can kill PTPCamera from Activity Monitor, then start the mtp client (eg Android File Transfer is working great for me now). Disabling PTPCamera permanently is less straightforward tho.
Worked well for me, on OSX 10.11.6 (El Capitan), Switch FW 6.1.0 Atmo 0.8.2.
Only thing I noticed is it took a while for any transfer to start (once it did, it was fast!).
Normally I would agree, but honestly, with TX team stealing everyone's shit, this might be for the better.
I mean everyone kept saying, "If you don't want them to steal your code, then don't make it open-source."
Great application! This makes hacdiscmount obsolete for live nand mounting! I also have been taking the time to make icons for NROs without them. I took the time and made one for nxmtp, if anyone would like to use it, feel free! To modify/add an icon to an NRO, google search NRO Asset Editor, top link is GBATemp. Link: i.imgur.com/yW7inFx.jpg
If anyone wants a link to download it, just PM me and I'll upload them. Use NRO Asset Editor to add icons to NROs without any! It's the top link on google when searched, it's on here!
okay dose this let me just take my switch plug in a usb c cable plug it into my pc with out of getting out of CFW ( SXOS) and copy stuff to the SD card and delete stuff with out take the SD out and turning of my switch, it just stays in CFW mode ?

Exactly, this is the same thing as removing the MicroSD, and putting it into your PC. EXCEPT you can now also browse the entire NAND live by using this!
It seems like there's a way to do that, at least a couple of homebrews have it implemented now but I'm not sure if it's documented for everybody. But in the meantime, you can turn off auto-sleep in system settings.

I found it funny cause many many years ago, had a roommate in college that did this same dumbass branding of the school logo, but it didn't look anything like it after it healed. Just looked like a birthmark.
