Which one would be better to backup my games? And after a backup, can the cartridge be used and played online(eshop, download updates, play online) on a non CFW switch without issues(ban, etc)? The CFW and dumped game will not be played online.
NXDumptool is pretty much the standard. Lots of help to be had.
As long as Ninty never ever ever sees them both online your cartridge would be fine. It would still count as piracy if Ninty saw the nsp installed on your Switch.
That said, it’s probably easier to find the same “backup” elsewhere and avoid the piracy with extra steps.
