I have burnt some NTSC ISO's to disc and patched to them load with ESR on my PAL console. I would like to know if these NTSC games run at 60hz by default, or do they run at 50hz due to it being a PAL console?
I know the PAL system is capable of 60hz since there are PAL titles that give the option.
