Noob question - Profile help

So I new here and I'm trying to get a picture to display under my name when I post but I just have no idea how to do it.
Any help would be appreciated.

Just click on 'My Controls' and then on 'Edit Avatar Settings'. You can then upload a picture from your computer. Just make sure you enter the correct width and height and take a look at the Forum Rules for size restrictions etc.
