Hey guys,

So I just picked up a n3DS so that I could get one with a kxploit after seeing how cool a fully tricked out 3DS is on my o3DS

I want to make my new n3DS my primary unit which means an NNID transfer

With 10.4 being out now there doesn't seem to be an easy way to system transfer anymore. Luckily, since I already lost my Mii Plaza and friends list while learning the ropes on my older system, and no significant save files to speak of, I really have nothing to lose by starting fresh except a transfer of NNID for my legit DLC and VC games

My question:
If I call Nintendo and have them transfer my NNID on their end, and in the meantime setup my n3DS for RX-E 10.4 (or whatever the reinand equivalent is) will there be anything stopping me from logging into my account on the n3DS?

It seems like it should work fine on paper but I want some confirmation from somebody who knows more about this than me

Thanks

haha well shucks :P

Anyway guys I just wanted to report that I got everything setup and my NNID moved over. Anyone reading this in the future, if you don't mind losing your system stuff like Miiverse and Friends List, this is definitely an option!

Or, I also heard that if you use flash memory, it can act as more "RAM" at least windows tell me when I stick a flash drive into it.
  • Veho @ Veho:
It can act as a swap drive but that isn't more RAM, it's slooow.
