Nintendo switch atmosphere fatal error

When I was updating my switch, I forgot to uninstall the custom themes, and now every time I start it says this:
"A fatal error occurred when running atmosphere.
Program ID: 010000000000bd00
Error Desc: std: :abort() called (0xffe)

Report saved to /atmosphere/fatal_errors/report_000000000e4b76cc.bin
Press POWER to reboot"
I don't want to start fresh, since I have A LOT of data on there, like a bunch of homebrew apps and data, and a bunch of switch games and game saves. What can I do to fix this?

Try renaming the switch folder, and use the bare minimal plugins and without overlays, with the atmosphere version updated for you version.

The issue I once had was with sys-clk.
