It's time for some more indie game goodness, with Nintendo serving up a Nindies Summer Showcase, giving us a look at "multiple" unannounced indie games that are headed to the Nintendo Switch soon. Graveyard Keeper and Hover were both spotted to have ratings for Switch versions, meaning we'll likely see both of those revealed in the stream. The show starts at 9 am PT and all announcements will be covered in the thread here.

I've tested Moon Hunters, which has loading times that are totally unbearable. Even worse is The Sexy Brutale that even after several patches has constant heavy framedrops and sound issues. Ports are fine, but please do them right!

But it wasn't a random indie game, it was a new game from the studio behind a very popular indie game from many years ago. I'm sure it was exciting news for plenty of people.

I really don't get all the clamoring over Smash in every Direct. Like, we already had E3 and a dedicated Direct for Smash, calm down.

After watching the trailer for the goose game, I firmly believe that we as a human race have reached a point in interactive video entertainment that shall never be surpassed by any other game. In other words, goose game is now the uncontested, and rightfully permanent, best game of all time.
