Do anyone know what firmware this n2ds with new super mario bros 2 comes with ? Can Ii use rxtools on it ?

Yep, I launch rxTools via web browser all the time on my 9.2 2DS.

If you have a 2ds I would use cake since it has 9.x mset and emunand
