it was right in the tegra x1 documentation TX is not new they probably knew about it first

I think its a little silly how stuff is sold out, isn't a preorder generally for the seller to get an idea of how many they need to order/get in stock?

You're correct. In the second bullet point in the "SX Pro" section it says that it includes the OS license.

Atmosphere won't support backup loading as far as the devs have said. The only thing we know about Xecuter is that you can play backups.
