Hacking New to A9LH+Luma, can I install other region cias?

Hello everyone, just got installed A9LH and Luma in my O3ds and I was wondering if I can install cias from other regions and that If I can use them normally (go online, etc.)

You can install out of regions .cias but online isn't safe and you can get banned for playing an out of region game online. You also can't do local play if the other 3ds has the same game for a different region

Has anyone ever been banned for out of region cias? I've played several Japanese games with online features on a US 3DS and have never been banned.

Their have been reports of some people getting banned and other reports of not getting banned

Yeah as long as its the same region as your 3ds.
