Hacking NeoGamma

I've got 3.2E firmware. Got Wii Backup Launcher 0.3 gamma, IOS249. Bought Wii Sports Resort and a MotionPlus. But when I run it i get Error 002. Theres nothing on my SD card, so how do I install NeoGamma?

I've completely forgotten on how to do it, its been so long! Would be very greatful for the help, and am very confused.

Well if you bought Wii Sport Resort why not simply using the Disc Channel !?

I loaded the NeoGamma from the Homebrew Channel, and it just takes me back to the Wii Menu, whats up with that?

bump, how do i install the late cIOS and where do i get it from, what the hell do i need to do?!?

You just download the cIOS38 Rev14 and install it with the Homebrew Channel. NeoGamma is just a backup loader application, you don't have to install anything to make it run.

In order to load backups you do need to install things.
