Gaming Need some help getting back on track...

I've been sort of out on everything relating to the xbox scene ever since the last ban wave happened; I just recently got a new xbox 360 (which is modded with LT) and I just need someone to help me with a couple questions..

Has there been new stealth measures taken ?
Do I need to change any settings on abgx?
Do I need to use something in addition to abgx ?
Have we moved to another program ?

Can I still use or download older wave 360 games?
Do they need to be patched or anything of the sort ?

Yes- we now use splitvid as a matter of course. ABGX360 should sort if for you (that is a following question though). SSv2 is also highly suggested: http://www.xboxhacker.org/index.php?topic=13854.0

In the "misc" tab there the second dropdown box controls splitvid. Change it to add it if it does not exist or is not valid.

ABGX360 should still be able to sort it. In fact with the checks having been removed ABGX360 is more important than ever.

Some have moved to a modded version of abgx360 as the official line has not been updated to support waves 5 and 6.

See note at end but yes you can use whatever valid disc you like. Wave changed games are as bad an idea as they ever have been.

Aside from splitvid no, some like to patch in SSv2. http://abgx360.net/verified.php has such things (they are linked in the number to the right of where it talks about wave) but read that xboxhacker link first.

My apologies it is more commonly known as the "unofficial" version (AEtH is also a good search term). As far as I am aware there is not even a basic forum thread for it let alone a site or a blog.
Trouble is some of the sites are less concerned with distribution of copyright than this place so I am afraid I will have to leave you to search for it.
